Hayward Baker Inc., is North America's leader in specialty geotechnical construction, and for over 30 years has been committed to provide the most economical and technically correct solution for each geotechnical challenge.

With 15 locations nationwide, a work force of over 500 employees and affiliate presences internationally, Hayward Baker is considered one of the largest and established providers of Geotechnical construction and engineering in the world.

Challenge:

Hayward Baker, needed a web solution that not only informed its target audience about the services and solutions offered, but also acted as a powerful CRM system to allow relaying of Contacts to proper Administrative offices.

In addition Hayward Baker needed a design that better portrayed company's image, and provided an easy to navigate interface to locate the extensive list of services provided.

Project Development and Solution:

HindSite Interactive approached the project in 2 phases (Front-End, and Back-end Phase).

First the proper interface (front-end design) was proposed and established. All other developed functionality was based around the framework of the interface design. Service animations were developed to graphically give a better understanding of each process.

Then the back-end modules were then programmed, tested and implemented and into the system. Administrative modules and security were set for web master, with access to proper information.

A relay module was integrated to admin system to process, store and finally relay subscriber info to each admin in charge of a specific local region.

New Design Model:

Hayward Baker's new online presence has prompted an increase in site traffic, increased efficiency in relaying information within different offices, and allowed for a better platform to inform the target audience about information they may be searching for.
