Founded in 1997, Magellan Systems International, Inc. develops cutting-edge technologies for use in U.S. military and industrial applications.

With patents and intellectual property rights to a newly developed ultra-high strength synthetic fiber called “M5®”, the potential of this revolutionary fiber represents a dramatic improvement over materials currently employed in critical-use applications such as soft and hard ballistics protection, fire protection and composite structural materials.

Challenge:

With the company in initial stages of full development of it's flagship product "M5" and a production house near completion to produce the fiber in larger quantities, Magellan needed a complete revamping of it's online presence to better market itself for potential clients, and investors.

Magellan needed a simple yet unique presence that was easy to access and navigate.

Project Development and Solution:

First the initial design was proposed to client. Proper modifications and changes were proposed from both sides and implemented to designs. Once interface design and layouts were established, HindSite began conversion of all graphics into optimized web formats and developed flash navigation and animated intro.

New Design Model:

Magellan's new online presence has prompted an increase in site traffic, achieved a stronger and efficient identification with M5 product and resulted in more interest in its product.
